摘要： 本文设计了企业协同办公管理系统中的项目管理模块。该模块主要完成的功能如下：项目准备阶段：该模块包括立项、招标文件审批、中标审批、投标文件审批；项目订立管理：该模块包括项目审批、对项目线上进行编号整理；项目执行管理：该模块包括通过执行变更项目、合同补充、履约调整、履约完成评估，完成项目现阶段执行；项目款项管理：该模块包括项目收款、项目付款、收款统计、付款统计、报表分析；项目档案管理：该模块包括项目合同金额统计、项目状态统计、项目查询、部门查询；查询统计：该模块对项目链上的项目阶段以及项目金额等进行查询统计、报表分析；权责分配：该模块对项目链上的里程碑阶段进行权限分配和管理；系统管理：该模块立于客户体验可将项目管理系统用户所用单据等分配到不同的菜单中，实现整个项目管理。41164
