摘要： 通过利用智能手机开发平台制作手机位置定位程序。通过手机、iOS、IPad等移动终端与无线网络的配合,确定移动用户的实际位置信息，包括经纬度坐标数据、三文数据等，结合电子地图和数据信息内容，并通过APP客户端、语音等方式呈现给用户，为用户提供定位信息与定位内容。在手机离线端实现服务和使用互联网的第三方服务进行了尝试，目前手机终端使用的定位为WGS-84国际通用坐标系，而国内手机定位使用的坐标也是，但是在地图上显示是使用的加密坐标。通过第三方服务提供的地图API转换得到正确的坐标点来实现正确的地图定位。通过记录定位的数据，结合自身服务与第三方服务，能够更好的提供信息位置服务信息。22557
