摘要近年来，财务外包逐渐成为中小企业财务管理新趋势，越来越来多的企业选择以这种方式来提高企业的竞争力。企业将财务工作外包出去，能使得企业从繁琐财务管理活动之中脱身出来，集中企业资源，专注于发展核心业务。除此之外，财务外包还能降低企业运营成本，提高企业的财务管理水平，可谓一举多得。然而，中小企业在通过财务外包获得众多优势的同时，也会承担财务外包所带来的多方面的风险。如果中小企业不能较好地控制这些风险，必然会导致财务外包策略的失败，甚至使企业蒙受巨大损失。80448
基于此背景，本文通过F公司的财务外包这一典型案例，对我国中小企业财务外包的风险控制提出了一些建议。希望本文的研究对于广大中小企业在财务外包的过程中更好的防范风险，提高生存与发展能力能够起到一定的参考作用。

Title Research on SMEs’ financial outsourcing
Abstract
In recent years, financial outsourcing financial management of SMEs has gradually become a new trend, more and more enterprises to choose in this way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises。 Financial companies will outsource work, such enterprises can get away from the tedious financial management activities being out of focus corporate resources to focus on core business development。 In addition, financial outsourcing can reduce operating costs, improve financial management companies, has multiple purposes。 However, many SMEs in obtaining financial advantage by outsourcing, it would also undertake a wide range of financial risks arising from outsourcing。 If SMEs can better control these risks, financial outsourcing policy will inevitably lead to failure, and even enable enterprises to suffer huge losses。
Based on this background, this article wants to give SMEs some suggestions about financial outsourcing problems by a typical case。 This study hopes to help the majority of SMEs in the process of outsourcing in the financial risk prevention, improve the survival and development ability to play a certain reference。
