摘要：上海自由贸易试验区的成立为我国经济转型升级营造良好发展环境奠定了坚实的基础。在此背景下，本文将调研自贸区内物流服务企业、商业银行、金融租赁公司和保险机构这四个机构的基本情况，在此基础上阐述物流业、贸易业和金融业这三个行业中典型企业的基本性质、规模、主营业务、营利情况和政策扶持，并以此为依据对这四个机构的产业辐射效应进行了分析，认为上海自贸区渠道建设促进了资源外溢、物流现代化发展和金融制度改革，最后提出了包括“错位”发展和制度改革两方面的可行性建议，以实现上海和长三角经济的协调发展。81879

Radiation Research on the the Yangtze River Delta 's Economy from Channel Construction in Shanghai Free Trade Zone

Abstract: The establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Experimental Zone has laid a solid foundation for China's economic transformation and upgrading to create a good environment for development。 In this context, this paper will study the basic situation of logistics service enterprises, commercial banks, financial leasing companies and insurance institutions these four institutions in the Free Trade Zone。 On this basis, the typical enterprises’ basic nature, size, main business, profit situation and policy support in the logistics, trade and financial these three industries are analyzed, as well the industrial radiation effects of these four institutions,and it turns out that the Shanghai FTA channel construction promotes the resource spillover, logistics modernization and financial system reform, finally the feasible suggestions are put forward, including "dislocation" Development and system reform in order to achieve the coordinated development of Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta。
