摘要近年来，随着中国加入世界贸易组织过渡期满、人民币国际化进程加快以及参与国际竞争的要求，我国银行业在经济全球化的大背景下面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。积极“走出去”，在更广阔的市场进行资本运作，学习国外先进银行的经营管理经验成为当前我国银行业发展的必然选择。然而我国银行业在对外直接投资的过程中是否带动了本身的经营效率提高、大量的对外直接投资是否只是一种投入的冗余是值得我们思考的问题。52730
本文探究了对外直接投资和效率之间的关系。在系统阐述我国银行业对外直接投资、经营效率和竞争力现状的基础上，进一步通过财务指标法以及数据包络分析法对银行经营效率进行测算和度量。选取银行海外净利息收入占比、海外利润占比、海外资产占比作为银行对外直接投资的衡量指标，并选取不良贷款率和资本充足率作为控制变量，对银行经营效率进行实证分析，探究银行对外直接投资对竞争力的影响。分析结果显示，虽然我国银行业效率和竞争力有所提高，但仍与世界先进水平存在较大差距；经营模式单一，利润增长严重依赖于国内市场以及生息资产规模的扩张，缺乏金融创新意识和能力；银行业大量对外投资并没有明显的促进效率的提高，造成资产规模的投入冗余和资源浪费。最后，根据分析结果给出合理的意见和建议。
In recent years, with the end of the transition period of China’s accession to the world trade organization, the accelerated process of internationalization of the RMB and the requirement of participating in the international competition, China's banking industry faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the background of economic globalization. Actively going out, operating capital in a broader market, learning foreign advanced bank management experience has become the inevitable choice of the current development of China's banking industry. However, in the process of foreign direct investment, whether the foreign direct investment has led to the improvement of China's banking sector’s operating efficiency, whether a large number of foreign direct investment is just a kind of investment redundancy is worth our thinking.
This paper explores the relationship between foreign direct investment and efficiency. Based on the systematic analysis of the present situation of foreign direct investment, management efficiency and competitiveness of China's banking industry, the paper further measures the efficiency of the bank by the financial index method and the data envelopment analysis method. Select the net interest income of bank overseas accounted for, overseas profits accounted for, overseas assets accounted for as a measure of banks' foreign direct investment and the non-performing loan ratio and the capital adequacy ratio as the control variables, making an empirical analysis of the efficiency of bank management, and finding the influence of the foreign direct investment on the competitiveness of the bank. Analysis results show that although the banking efficiency and competitiveness of our country has increased, there is still a big gap with the world advanced level; profit growth is heavily dependent on the domestic market and interest earning assets scale expansion; A large number of foreign investment has not significantly improved the efficiency . Finally, according to the analysis results, the reasonable suggestions and opinions are given.
