中国服务外包产业发展及其存在的问题研究

摘要在当前全球经济趋于一体化与知识经济持续发展的背景下，服务外包凭借其自身独特的优势逐渐变成国际商务活动里必不可少的对象。近几年，在政府政策的支持下，中国的服务外包产业也逐渐发展壮大，但是与印度等国相比，中国的服务外包产业还存在着相当大的差距，并不具备明显的竞争优势。本文通过跟服务外包有关的各种理论和概念，对我国服务外包的发展现状进行分析，然后以杭州地区服务外包产业为例进行SWOT分析，最后提出对杭州地区服务外包产业发展的有效对策。 52729

With the rapid development of economic globalization and knowledge economy, service outsourcing is its irreplaceable advantages to become the latest must-haves in the burgeoning international business activities. In recent years, with the support of government policy, the service outsourcing industry in China is gradually growing, but compared with countries such as India, the service outsourcing industry in China, there are quite a big gap, do not have obvious competitive advantages. In this paper, on the basis of related concepts, to China's service outsourcing industry development present situation and competitive characteristics are analyzed, and then to the development of China's service outsourcing industry competitiveness SWOT analysis, finally proposed the policy measures to improve China's service outsourcing industry competitiveness.
