摘要电子商务作为一种新型的商业模式，改变了人们的生产和生活方式，在社会生活、政治、经济、文化等方面，扮演着日益重要的角色，极大地促进了整个社会经济的创新和发展。当城市的电子商务正发展的如火如荼时，农村电子商务却显得步履难艰。我国历来是一个农业大国，“三农”问题突出，小规模的生产经营方式满足不了农产品大市场的需求，因此在农村发展电子商务，不能照搬城市电子商务模式。本文分析了我国农村电子商务的发展现状、问题，提出了以政府或协会为驱动力的发展模式，供应链管理平台的组建与运行模式，农村移动电子商务模式，提出了对农村发展电子商务的对策和建议。44177
本文对于发展中国农村电子商务具有借鉴意义，希望我国农村电子商务建设再上一个新台阶，促进我国农业经济的发展，提高农民收入，改善农村生活。
Abstract：
E-commerce as a new business model, changing people's production and life, in life, political, economic, cultural and social aspects, plays an increasingly important role, has greatly promoted the innovation and development of the whole social economy. When is the electronic commerce development like a raging fire in the city, rural e-commerce seems slow and difficult. Our country is a large agricultural country, "three rural" problems, production and management mode of small scale agricultural products can not meet the demand of the market, so in the development of e-commerce in rural areas, the city can not copy the mode of e-commerce. This paper analyzes the development status , problems of rural e-commerce in our country, put forward to the government or the Association for the development model of the driving force, the establishment and operation mode of supply chain management platform, mobile electronic commerce mode in rural areas, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of e-commerce in rural areas and suggestions.
The development of Chinese rural electronic commerce is of great significance, hope the construction of e-commerce in China's rural areas and the last new level, promote the development of China's agricultural economy, increase farmers' income, improve the rural life.
