摘要随着Internet 和电子商务的迅猛发展，人们越来越倾向于在网上进行消费，从而进一步促进了中国电子商务市场交易额的增长，其中跨境电子商务交易额更是呈现指数型增长。跨境电子商务的快速发展也促进了在线支付业务的增长特别是第三方支付企业，已经开始试水国际业务，积极抢占国际份额，但在其国际化进程中缺存在着安全、监管、法律等众多问题。因此如何在跨境电子商务大背景下解决这些问题，积极推进第三方支付的国际化发展进程显得尤为重要。

本文拟对跨境第三方支付遇到的风险进行综述，区别分析三种不同模式所面临的风险程度，运用专家打分法进行风险评估得到第一手数据，并以支付宝为案例深入阐述模式特点和风险，最后结合相关的监管措施积极推进第三方支付的国际化进程。44187

Abstract

As the internet and e-commerce growing by leaps and bounds, people are tend to consume on the internet and therefore promote growth amount on Chinese e-commerce market, especially the exponential growth of cross-border e-commerce. The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce also contributed to the growth of online payment services, especially the third-party payment, who has already began to involve the international business as well as seize international share. However, there are many problems such as safety,regulatory and law in the process of  internationalization.Therefore, it is vital to solve these problems and then promoting the international development of third-party payment in the context of cross-border e-commerce.

This paper intends to overview the risk of third-party payment platform and then analyze its three patterns differently,using expert analysis method to assess the risk.It will take the Alipay for example to take the relevant regulatory measures to promote the internationalization process of third-party payment.
