摘要：当前我国已进入全面建设小康社会的新的发展时期，一方面我国的工业化、城镇化快速发展，群众生活质量包括住房水平要得到明显改善；另一方面，我国人多地少、资源紧张、资源环境综合承载能力有限。在我国传统的住宅建设中，住宅建设的技术手段落后，现场施工较多，生产成本较高，传统的生产模式效率低下。因此，必须加快建立符合中国国情的住宅建设和消费模式。由于我国住宅产业化起步的比较晚，程度不高，不能完全适应国民经济发展的需要。研究如何提高住宅产业化程度，改变传统的建造生产方式,推行集约型工业化住宅生产方式；研究如何提高住宅品质，提高生产效率，降低劳动强度，发展节能环保型住宅,对于满足我国人民日益增长的住宅消费需求，实现国民经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。18937
