摘 要：房子和婚姻与人们的生活息息相关，表面上看并无确切的关联，但近年来，房价与婚姻的关系却越来越紧密。随着结婚人数的激增，很大程度上刺激了住房需求，使婚房成为楼市中的刚需楼盘，婚房的市场潜力也一直被开发商所看好。在房价攀升的情况下，高位房价已经超出大部分青年人的承受范围，通常会给普通家庭带来巨大的压力。在房价成为人们不能承受之重时，国家出台了一系列稳定房价的房产新政，却出现了一些如“政策性离婚”等的附属反应。据此提出了影响婚姻的因素包含房价的假说，并进行验证，结果表明离婚率，结婚率均与房价呈现同步增长的趋势。66497

Abstract: The house and marriage both have a close relationship with people’s lives. There seems no contact between house and marriage in surface level. In fact, the house and marriage have become more and more close in recent years. With the increase of the number of marriage, the housing demand has been stimulated greatly. Marriage room become the inflexible property of real estate. The market potential of marriage housing has been valued by Developers. But under the circumstance of rising prices, high house prices are beyond the reach of most people and bring enormous pressure to a family. In this case, the government has formulated a series of policies to rein in property prices. But the policies have caused some chain reaction, such as the abnormal growth of porce. Therefore, the hypothesis that the housing prices is one of the factors of marriage has been put forward. Then to verify the hypothesis, the results show that, the porce rate and marriage rate have a similar trend with the house prices.

1 前言
住房和婚姻均是关乎民生的大问题，也是维护社会稳定的重要因素。住房与婚姻本不具有明显的相关性，近期却相关性越来越强。各省份的离婚增长率都居高不下，并且房价与离婚率几乎保持同步增长的趋势。由于房价连续看涨，房子成为结婚的硬性条件之一，也带高了结婚人数的增长。针对目前社会上的婚姻乱象及近年来的一些房产政策，本文分析住房和婚姻的联系性问题，即分析房价如何影响婚姻。并就房价对婚姻所造成的一些不良影响提出建议和对策，减少不和谐因素，为构建和谐社会减少阻力。论文网
