摘要：2013年8月22日经国务院正式批准，在上海成立了“中国（上海）自由贸易区”（Free Trade Zone，简称FTZ）。35年时间中国从一步步探索新的对外发展路到快步迎接外面世界的进入花了太多的时间。上海自贸区的建立，最大的一个优势在于它是一个简化的程序，提高效率的地方，它具有最先进的经济理念，以及最广阔的投资空间。38638
中国经济正处于回暖的阶段，随着我国经济的逐渐增长，我国汽车行业进出口的比重也再不断的增加。上海自贸区的成立，对于我国汽车行业的发展也起到了很大的影响。
如何利用好上海自由贸易区对汽车行业的优惠政策和税收优势赢得进出口贸易的先机，中国汽车行业的出口也面临着一些问题，这就要求我们要积极采取一些有效措施来应对外国汽车厂商对国内市场的冲击并且加快走出去的步伐。
本文通过对上海自贸区对汽车行业进出口的影响的分析，就我国汽车行业进出口的现状及问题，提出我国汽车行业进出口在上海自贸区的影响下，如何提升竞争力的建议。

Abstract: in August 2013, 22 officially approved by the State Council, in Shanghai set up the "China (Shanghai) free trade zone" (Trade Zone Free, referred to as FTZ). 35 years from a time to China to explore a new way to the external development of the outside world to meet the entry of the world spent too much time. Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the biggest advantage is that it is a simplified process, improve the efficiency of the place, it has the most advanced economic philosophy, and the most extensive investment space.
China's economy is in the warmer stage, with the gradual growth of our economy, the proportion of China's auto industry import and export is also increasing. The establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, for the development of China's auto industry has also played a great impact.
How to make good use of the Shanghai free trade zone to the automotive industry of preferential policies and tax advantages to win import and export trade opportunities, the export of China's auto industry is also faced with some problems, which requires us to actively take some effective measures to cope with the impact of foreign car manufacturers on the domestic market and going to accelerate the pace.
In this paper, through the analysis on the influence of Shanghai Automotive Industry Import and export of FTA, on China's automotive industry import and export status and problems, put forward China's automotive industry import and export in Shanghai Free Trade Zone under the influence, how to enhance the competitiveness of the proposed.
