摘要：自改革开放以来，外资不断涌进并极大地促进我国的经济增长。在经济发展的初期，外资带来了先进的技术和管理经验。但到后期，由于我国初期的粗放和重量不重质的政策，外资中的高能耗、低科技含量的企业也趁机进入我国，对我国环境和资源造成巨大的破坏。当今正是我国产业转型的关键时期，如何利用好外资也成了经济结构调整的重要课题。31091
本文在分别理解外国投资和产业结构的基础上，运用相关的经济理论解释了外国投资和产业结构的关系，并分析了外国投资对我国产业结构的正面与负面的影响。最后本文提出了针对我国产业结构优化升级的政策性建议：增加对科技的投入，提高自主创新能力；引资由重数量向重质量转变；引入竞争机制；优化国内环境，增强对优质投资的吸引力。

Abstract: Since reform and opening up, constantly poured into foreign investment and greatly promote the economic growth of our country.
