摘要：高新技术产业是国民经济的战略性先导性产业，在经济增长方式转变和产业结构调整过程中发挥着重要作用，因而对我国国民经济起着非常显著的推动和提升作用。发展附加值高、能源消耗少的高技术产业及其出口贸易，是产业和贸易结构得到优化升级的重要途径，是推动实现经济持续发展的强大动力。
外贸出口的基础和依托是产业，因此，本文在分析我国高新技术产品出口竞争力之前，首先对我国的高新技术产业的发展现状和存在问题进行了评价和分析。在此理论基础上，文章从贸易竞争力指数、产业内贸易指数、市场占有率指数、出口商品结构转换率指数和竞争优势变化指数这5个指标建立了高技术产业竞争力的评价指标体系，基于各项进出口统计数据，针对高新技术整个行业和生物技术、光电技术、计算机通信技术等九大类高新技术产业进行竞争力评价，结果表明我国高新技术产业在制造业中具有较好的竞争优势，并且为日后出口竞争力的提升和进一步飞跃奠定了良好的产业基础。虽然评价角度各有侧重，但共同的结论是，随着我国高新技术产品出口量和出口额的不断增加，高新技术产品出口竞争力总体水平也呈现不断上升的趋势。
    为了深入分析我国高新技术产品出口竞争力的提升来源，本毕业论文着重从价格尺度因素方面分析影响我国高新技术产品出口竞争力的几个关键因素，分别是：外商直接投资、技术创新和出口退税。结果表明，这三个因素对提升我国高新技术产品的出口竞争力都具有不同程度的影响作用。20915
最后，本文以这些主要影响因素为线索，有针对性地提出了促进我国高新技术产品出口发展、竞争力提升的相关对策，并得出相应结论。

China’s Research on Export Competitiveness of High-tech Industry
Abstract: High-tech industry is the strategic leading industry of the national economy, which plays an important role in the process of transformation for economic growth and restructuring for industrial structure, also promoting and upgrading the national economy. Development of high value-added, low energy consumption of high-tech industry and its export trade is an important path to promote and upgrade the structure of industrial and trade and a strong driving force to achieve sustainable economic development.
The export of trade is based and relying on the industry. Therefore, before analyzes the export competitiveness of our country’s high-tech industry, we make related evaluation and analysis about the development status and problems lies in the high-tech industry in the first. Based on the theory, a competitiveness evaluation index system of high-tech industry was based on 5 indexes, like trade competitiveness index, index of intra-industry trade, the market share index, the export commodity structure conversion rate index, with the help of the import and export statistics for the entire high-tech industry and its nine biggest categories, such as biotechnology, optoelectronics and computer communication technologies. The Evaluation results show that our high-tech industry has a good competition advantages in the manufacturing sector, and also laid a good foundation for the improvement of competitiveness for the high-tech industry. Although the evaluation emphases different angles, but the common conclusion is that with the increasing amount and exports of high-tech products, the export competition also showed a rising trend.
In order to make a deep analysis of the source factors which help to improve the competitiveness of the high-tech industry, the paper focuses on several key factors affecting the competitiveness of China's exports of high-tech analysis of factors from the price scale, they are: foreign direct investment, technological innovation and export tax rebates.
