改进幼儿园礼仪教育的建议:教师要积极的去纠正幼儿的不良行为;教师在对幼儿进行礼仪教育的同时要发挥示范作用;教师要对表现好的幼儿及时做鼓励性评价

摘要:在学前儿童中进行礼仪行为养成教育是极为重要的,将对幼儿的学习及以后人生的发展产生积极的影响。本文通过观察法、文献法,针对周口市S幼儿园一日生活中入园和离园、饮水和进餐、游戏活动、教学活动四个方面分析礼仪现状,良好的礼仪表现有:幼儿园组织了晨间礼仪队;幼儿在游戏中学习礼仪;教师在教学活动中融入礼仪知识,培养幼儿的礼仪意识。但是也存在不足之处:教师没有积极的去纠正幼儿的不良礼仪行为;有的教师没有做好示范作用;教师对表现好的幼儿没有予以正强化。改进幼儿园礼仪教育的建议:教师要积极的去纠正幼儿的不良行为;教师在对幼儿进行礼仪教育的同时要发挥示范作用;教师要对表现好的幼儿及时做鼓励性评价。83028

 Analysis of the Present Situation of Etiquette Education in Kindergarten

——taking the S kindergarten in Zhoukou as an example

Abstract:It is very important to develop the education of etiquette behavior in preschool children, which will have a positive impact on children’ s learning and the development of later life。 This article use the observation method and literature method to analysis the status of etiquette of S Kindergarten’ s daily life in Zhoukou City from four aspects: in Park and off Park, eating and drinking, game activities and child care work, Good etiquette: kindergarten organize morning etiquette team; teachers guide children to learn to use “please” in the game, and inspire children to learn homing in child care work。 But there are also some deficiencies: teachers not actively to correct children’ s bad manners; some teachers did not set an example; the teachers did not give a positive reinforcement to the children who have a good performance。 Suggestions on improving kindergarten etiquette education : teachers should actively to correct children’ s bad manners; teachers also should set a good example on early childhood etiquette education; teachers out to give encouraging evaluation timely to the children who have good performances。
