摘 要:本文将从网络时代社会发展总趋势、网络时代初中生的新发展与管理的新问题、以及网络时代初中生管理新方法研究三个方面来阐述。全民网络时代的来临使得中学生在不同程度上受到其带来的巨大影响，网络虚拟世界给教育带来诸多的不确定性这就使得教师十分不易掌握中学生的想法，因此教师要利用新颖的沟通方式弥补师生之间出现鸿沟，只有学校教师创新管理方式，利用新的管理方法才能掌握学生们动态。比如：合理利用QQ平台增进师生关系，创建班级网页引导学生参与班级网络建设，利用网络指导中学生学习实践，建立网络家校通及时沟通中学生状态以及建立中学生电子档案。只有这样教师才能对症下药更好的管理学生，提高学生学业成绩，促进身心的健康全面发展。56060

1 前言
