摘 要：小学高年级班主任处在学生生理快速成长、心理快速发展时期，不仅担任着教书育人的职责，更是担负着培养小学生树立正确的价值观、是非观和人生观的重要任务。时代的发展、小学高年级学生的身心变化都必然要求小学班主任在管理的过程中，针对时代、班级整体以及班级个体的特点，结合班级的现状，制定出相应的管理对策，正确引导孩子们，为孩子们树立正确的人生观、价值观，培养学生们的学习能力、心理承受能力、环境适应能力、与人交往能力等，为学生们营造一个温馨和谐、利于发展的学习和成长环境。55412

Abstract：In the rapid development period of students’ psychological and physical growth, upper primary class teacher holds the responsibility not only for teaching, but also for the significant task of cultivating students to set up correct sense of values, concept of right and wrong, and philosophy of the kind. Both the development of the times and physical and mental changes of upper primary class students in the course of administration must require class teacher to make out corresponding management issues that are combined with the current situation of the class according to the characteristics of the age, and the whole and inpidual class. That aims to correctly guide the children, to help children establish correct sense of values and philosophy of the kind, to develop their abilities of study, psychological endurance, environmental adaptability and social communication and so on, and to build the learning and growing environment for students which are warm and harmonious and also beneficial to their development.
