师生关系中教师“心罚”的消极影响研究

完善相关教育法律法规,加强监督机制这几方面来寻找并采取有效的对策去化解心罚,唤起教师审视自己行为的意识,把握“批评”和“教师心罚”的平衡,提升教师在课堂教学中掌控

摘要心罚,就是在教育过程中,教师为了达到某种目的,例如教育学生、加强班级管理、惩罚学生等。但是在此过程中采取了冷漠、孤立、威胁、讽刺等方式,刺伤了学生的自尊心,侮辱了他们的人格,损伤了他们的自信心,破坏了他们的情感,也就是对学生心灵的打击与摧残。通过计算每种心罚方式的使用频率,得出威胁型和公开揭短使用频率最高,其次是羞辱型和冷漠型,支配型排在最末;学生认为伤害程度排序依次是公开揭短、威胁型、冷漠型、羞辱型型和支配型。导致教师心罚的主要原因有教师压力大,评价机制仍是最主要的评价标准,不恰当的新型惩罚方式,学生在该年龄段特有的心理特点,家长对教师的压力。主要可以从加强职业修养,提高自我素质;尊重学生,理解学生,信任学生;与学生建立良好的师生关系;家长努力与教师配合,不溺爱学生,尊重教师;完善相关教育法律法规,加强监督机制这几方面来寻找并采取有效的对策去化解心罚,唤起教师审视自己行为的意识,把握“批评”和“教师心罚”的平衡,提升教师在课堂教学中掌控情绪的能力,促进师生关系良好发展,促进师生身心健康。42650
