摘要当代社会,人类总是不断被自己所创造的文明异化,离本真的人、真正的生命需要越来越远,现代人面临着前所未有的安全感上的困境,教师作为社会中的一个特殊群体亦是如此。教师的不安全感严重制约着我国教育事业的发展。构建教师安全感已经成为我国教育发展的当务之急。众多研究者重视教师安全感,但关注的多为表象或基于批判的层面,鲜有将视角定位在生命教育下。本文正是将教师的安全感放置于生命教育的导向下,从安全感的含义出发,根据生命教育理论来探究教师人身安全感、职业安全感、教学安全感三个方面的现状及原因。并从关注生命存在的教育、培养生命丰富社会属性的教育、提升生命价值的精神教育三个方面作出了相应阐述。希望从生命教育理论改善中学教师安全感低的现状,使得教师自身的安全感得到满足,进而为学生有效的创建富有安全感的学习环境,使学生的情感和身心健康发展,拓展生命的广度和深度,把学生培养成为有智慧、追求卓越发展的全人。42269

Current High School Teachers’ Security Missing and Construction Under Life Education Perspective 

Abstract

Pepple constantly be alienated by civilization they own created in contemporary society,farther and farther away from the real people and the real life,the plight of the modern people facing unprecedented sense of security,teachers as a special group in the society as well.The teacher's insecurity seriously restricts the development of education cause in our country.Construction of teachers' sense of security has become the priority of education development in our country.Many researchers pay attention to teachers' sense of security, but more attention to appearance or based on the critical level, and few will be located in perspective of life education.This article is placed teachers' sense of security in life under the guidance of education, starting from the meaning of security, according to the theory of life education to explore teachers' personal security, job security, teaching present situation and reason of security from three aspects.And from the focus on life education, the culture life rich social attribute education, promoting the spirit of the life value education three aspects has made the corresponding elaboration,make the teachers' sense of security to be satisfied, and create a safe learning environment for students effectively, make the students' emotion and health of body and mind development, expand the breadth and depth of life, cultivate students to become wise, the pursuit of excellence in the development of holistic.
