【摘要】:本文以学前教育本科专业师范生为研究对象,在了解学前教育师范生的教育技术能力现状基础上,探讨学前教育专业本科师范生教育技术能力结构与培养策略。本研究通过问卷调查发现学前师范生在教育技术运用意识、知识技能学习、信息化教学资源建设以及自身教学评价四个方面存在不足。学前师范生教育技术能力结构有意识与态度、知识与技能、应用与创新和社会责任四个文度,根据学前教育专业点提出了有针对性的培养策略,核心内容为:重视教育教学理论学习;培养学前师范生的教育技术应用意识;重视教育技术实践环节;丰富教育技术能力培养资源;构建师范生教育技术能力评价体系;加强能力考核力度。35531

Preschool education of normal school students' educational technology ability structure and training strategy research
Abstract:In this paper, the normal pre-school education undergraduate students as the research object, in the understanding of the educational technology ability of preschool education of normal students, explore the preschool education major of undergraduate students' educational technology ability structure and training strategy. This research through the questionnaire survey found that students in preschool education skills, knowledge and skills are lack of learning awareness, information resource construction of teaching and the teaching evaluation of four aspects. Preschool normal school students' educational technology ability structure awareness and attitudes, knowledge and skills, application and innovation and the four dimensions of social responsibility, according to the preschool education is proposed for training strategies, the core content is: the value of education and teaching theory of learning; cultivating the consciousness education of the application of technology of preschool normal students attaches great importance to the practice of educational technology; link resource; cultivate rich educational technology ability; to construct the evaluation system of College Students' educational technology ability; strengthen the capacity assessment efforts.
