摘    要   

教育见习是高等师范院校培养教师实践能力的重要环节，是师范生将理论付诸实践的重要过程。认真做好未来教师职前实践性教学工作，是提高教师教育水平，提高教育质量的重要保证。本文通过对杭州师范大学小学教育专业见习的现状调查，发现小学教育见习模式中存在的问题主要表现为:高校在组织管理中的部分角色有待完善；见习基地在合作管理中的部分职能有待加强；师范生实践能力与主动精神缺乏，所以现有的见习模式总体效能有待提高。笔者通过分析发现主要原因在于师范生自我发展需求与职业信念的差异、大学与小学缺乏合力、国家教育见习政策缺位等。针对以上问题及归因，本文对小学教育专业见习模式的发展提出了几点对策与建议，希冀为我国高师院校的教育见习模式的有效发展提供有益参考。85371

Educational probation is an important part of developing the practical capacity of future teachers in normal universities and colleges。 It is a process of combining theories and practice。 Going through the work of educational probation of the future teachers well can help improve the teachers educational level and ensure the future educational quality。 In the article, through investigating the state of Bachelor of Elementary Education in Hangzhou Normal University, the study found that there were many problems in integrative teaching probation model。 The researcher found that the main reason of problems lied in inpidual the differences of vocation beliefs, lack of communication between university and primary schools。 Based on the investigation, the study proposed some suggestions to improve the integrative teaching probation model。
