摘 要 本研究主要采用质性探究方法，对中小学信息技术教师教学能力构成进行探讨，所希望的是中小学信息技术教师能够不断地完善自我，以适应当前信息化社会对信息技术教育提出的要求。首先，通过对五位受访教师进行面对面访谈或网络访谈，探究了中小学信息技术教师工作的基本情况以及对教师基本素养、专业知识、教学技能、管理能力、研究能力五种能力构成的认识。最后，对提高中小学信息技术教师能力提出了建议，以期望对提高信息时代中小学信息技术教师教学能力有所帮助。90472
It use the qualitative research, in order to discuss primary and middle school information technology teachers' teaching ability composition。 With hoping primary and middle school information technology teachers will be able to constantly improve themselves, to adapt to the requirements of the current information society in information technology education。 First of all, based on the five teachers interviewed face-to-face interview or online interview, to explore the basic working condition of primary and middle school information technology teachers and the awareness of composition on the teacher basic quality, professional knowledge, instructional skills, management ability and research ability。 Finally, it sum up the suggestions about improving the primary and middle school information technology teachers’ instructional ability。
