冶金粉尘对模拟印染废水的吸附性能研究

摘要随着我国工业的不断发展,工业生产对环境的影响越来越大,其中染料废水已经 成为工业污染的主要源之一。吸附法作为处理染料废水中最普遍的方法,有着操作简 便,高效低耗等特点。本论文主要包括以下两方面内容:第一部分为天工粉尘对模拟 印染废水孔雀石绿和龙胆紫的吸附性能的研究;第二部分为沙钢粉尘对模拟印染废水 孔雀石绿和龙胆紫的吸附性能的研究。

文章第一部分探究了 pH、染料废水初始浓度及温度对吸附性能的影响。结果表 明,0。1g 的天工粉尘样品可以使 100mL,15mg/L 的孔雀石绿溶液脱色率达到 95%及 以上,对 100mL,15mg/L 的龙胆紫溶液的脱色率也能达到 70%,天工粉尘对两种模 拟印染废水的吸附机理基本上满足准二级动力学模型。83552

文章第二部分探究了 pH、染料废水初始浓度及温度对吸附性能的影响。结果表 明,0。1g 的沙钢粉尘样品可以使 100mL,15mg/L 的孔雀石绿溶液脱色率达到 90%及 以上,其吸附机理基本上满足准二级动力学模型。对 100mL,15mg/L 的龙胆紫溶液 的脱色率达到 50%。

鉴于冶金粉尘对模拟印染废水有着较好的吸附性能,且在外加磁场的作用下可以 将粉尘中的磁性物质分离出来,因此,冶金粉尘可以对印染废水进行脱色处理。

Abstract With the continuous development of China's industry, industrial production has more and more influence on the environment, among which the dye wastewater has became one of the main sources of industrial pollution。 As the most common method in the treatment of dye wastewater, adsorption method has simple operation, high efficiency and low energy consumption etc。。 This thesis mainly includes the following two aspects: the one is the adsorption of the malachite green and gentian violet dye in wastewater on the dust of tiangong; the other is the preparation method of the dust shagang and its application on the adsorption of dye in wastewater。

In the first part of the paper, the effects of initial concentration of dye wastewater and temperature on the adsorption performance of pH were explored。 The results showed that 0。1g of tiangong dust samples can make 100ml, 15mg/L malachite green solution decolorization rate reached 95% and above, 100ml, 15mg/L of gentian violet solution decolorization rate can also reach 70%, the dust on the adsorption mechanism of two simulated printing and dyeing wastewater basically satisfy the quasi second order kinetic model。

The second part of the paper explores the effects of pH, initial concentration of dye wastewater and temperature on the adsorption performance。 The results showed that the 0。1g of Shagang dust samples can make 100ml, 15mg/L malachite green solution decolorization rate reached 90% and above, the adsorption mechanism is basically satisfy the quasi second order kinetic model。 100mL, 15mg/L of gentian violet solution decolorization rate reached 50%。

In view of metallurgical dust  has good adsorption properties for simulated  printing and dyeing wastewater, and the applied magnetic field can be under the action of dust in the magnetic material, Therefore, the metallurgical dust can be used for decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater。
