摘要:γ丁内酯广泛应用于有机合成原料、农药及溶剂等,并可以衍生出多种化合物,是一种拥有重要应用价值的化工中间体,。

在本设计中,1,4丁二醇通过脱氢反应而制得γ丁内酯。1,4丁二醇为原料,在铜基催化剂的催化作用下制备γ丁内酯。工业上最早采用的生产方法是1,4丁二醇顺酐加氢法,工艺比较简陋,生产成本偏高。而1,4丁二醇气相脱氢法具有反应条件温和、原料单一、反应活性和选择性高、设备简单等多个优点,成为许多国家近年来竞相开发的新工艺。本设计对脱氢反应进行了物料的恒算,热量的恒算,设备选型及对应的计算。最后绘制了生产工艺流程图,主要反应器设备图,车间平面布置图,车间立面布置图。58123

本设计是对γ丁内酯进行的设计,以学习的基础专业课为基础,设计出合理的工艺流程,选择相应的工艺设备等。其主要目的是提高解决化工产品生产车间实际问题的能力;充分掌握脱氢反应中工艺流程的相关设计、物料恒算、热量衡算、设备选型等基本方法与步骤;在可行性与合理性两个方面上建立恰当的设计思想。同时通过本课程设计,提高运用计算机设计绘图的能力。

本设计的计算标准:年生产20000吨;年工作日为300天,45天进行机器检修,15天机动。

An annual output of 45000 tons of1,4-butanediolb dehydrogenate toγ-butyrolactone process design

Abstract:1,4-butyrolactone is often used as spices, pharmaceutical intermediates. It is a high-boiling solvent, solubility, good electrical properties and stability, safe to use.

In this design,1,4-butanediolb dehydrogenate to γ-butyrolactone1,4-butanediolb as raw materials, methyl formate is producted in copper based catalyst. Methanol esterification method is the earliest production by industry, which disadvantages are backward technology, equipment corroded seriously, high production cost. The methanol dehydrogenation method has the advantages of single material, mild conditions of reaction, high selectivity and activity, simple equipment, is becoming a new technology which many countries compete to develop in recent years. The following process is materials counting, heat counting, equipment selection and calculation. Finally, the flow of production technics is protract including main equipmentsdiagram, materials diagram, a flat disposal picture of the workshop, the solid disposal picture of the workshop. 

This design aimed at methyl formate requiring us to design a reasonable process and choose the corresponding process equipments based on the study of professional basic course. It aimed at improving the ability of solving practical problems about the chemical products production workshop design and grasp the relevant design piocess in dehydrogenation, calculation of material constant, calculation of heat balance,equipment selection and calculation . Through this course design, we can also improve the ability of using the design drawing of the computer. 

Basis of calculation: annual production of 45000 tons; days to 300 days in,45 days for machine maintenance, 15 days mobile.
