聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯合成与表征

摘要自上世纪以来,塑料袋的使用已经深入到人们生活的每一个角落,其廉价、重量 轻、方便快捷等优点深受人们青睐,但其难处理、降解周期长的缺点直接导致了白色 污染的泛滥。所以,可降解材料研究和普及就成为必然。PBAT 作为一种应用广泛 的生物可降解高分子材料,是一种脂肪-芳香族共聚酯,同时具有脂肪族树脂的可降 解性能和芳香族树脂优良的物理性能。目前,这种材料在国内外已经拥有了成熟的生 产工艺,然与国外的产品相比,国内生产的 PBAT 产品相对缺乏竞争力。83370

本文主要针对可降解脂肪-芳香族共聚酯 PBAT 的合成进行研究。利用单体对苯 二甲酸(PTA)、己二酸(AA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO),在催化剂钛酸四正丁酯(TBOT) 作用下,高温直接熔融酯化。研究了在不同的缩聚温度下 PBAT 共聚酯分子量的变化 及分子量分布的变化情况,以及在不同催化剂作用下合成的 PBAT 共聚酯的分子量的 变化、分子量分布、结晶行为和热性能的变化。采用了乌氏粘度计、酸碱滴定法、凝 胶渗透色谱法(GPC)、红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重分析仪(TGA)、 接触角测试对聚合物进行表征。结果表明,缩聚温度为 260℃,使用复合催化剂 TBOT+Sb2O3 和热稳定剂 TPPi,所合成的 PBAT 共聚酯综合性能较好,与其它样品相 比色泽较好,其分子量较高,可达到 24。27×104g/mol,分子量分布也较为集中,力学 性能较优异,其拉伸强度达到 26。70MPa;断裂伸长率高达 1420。51%;热分解达 10% 的温度为 384℃,热稳定性能也不错。所以缩聚温度为 260℃,使用复合催化剂 TBOT+Sb2O3 和热稳定剂 TPPi,是合成 PBAT 的最佳工艺条件。

Abstract Since the last century, the use of plastic bags has gone deeply into every corner of people's lives due to the advantages of cheap, light weight and convenience。 However, its disadvantage of long cycle of degradation leads directly to the spread of white pollution。 Therefore, it is necessary that the biodegradable materials are increastingly popular to research and apply。 PBAT is a kind of aliphatic-aromatic copolyester, having both of degradation coming from aliphatic resin and excellent physical properties coming from aromatic resin。 At present, this material have became a mature production in the foreign country。 Compared with the foreign products, the products made in China is relatively lack of competitiveness。

In this study, we mainly aimed at the degradation of aliphatic-aromatic  PBAT copolyester。 Using the monomers as terephthalic acid (PTA), adipic acid (AA) and 1,4-butanediol were melt esterification and polycondensation with the tetrabutyl titanate at a high temperature。 We are studying on the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the copolyesters compounded at different temperatures, or the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, crystallization behavior and thermal  properties of the copolyesters compounded with different accessory ingredients。 We used the Ubbelohde viscometer, acid-base titration, gel permeation chromatography (GPC ), infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) to analysis the properties of the copolysters。 The results show that the PBAT copolyester

compounded with tetrabutyl titanate,Sb2O3 and triphenyl phosphite at polycondensation temperature of 260℃ has the best molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,coming  to  24。27×104g/mol。  It’s   color,  mechanical  properties  and   thermal
