掺硫石墨烯纳米片的制备与表征

摘  要:21世纪各种新材料的出现及应用是一种趋势所在,尤其是在碳材料领域,在碳材料领域有很大应用前景的是石墨烯有关的材料。石墨烯作为一种新型的碳材料,因为它具有独特的二维平面结构、巨大的比表面积以及良好的导热性、高强度、电导性、透光性,使得它在很多领域都有很好的应用前景,目前广泛应用于电极材料、太阳能材料、电子晶体管、微型电子器件、复合新材料[1-4] 等。理论计算和大量的实验事实证明,对石墨烯进行改良掺杂,也就是掺杂其他原子,是一种调控石墨烯的电子性能及化学反应活性的有效方法[5]。本文所研究的是利用化学氧化法(石墨粉、98%浓H2SO4、KMnO4、去离子水、H2O2)制备氧化石墨烯,然后用化学还原的方法(超声粉碎、蒸发干燥、高温煅烧)让氧化石墨烯和二苄基二硫反应,来制备硫掺杂石墨烯。然后对氧化石墨烯、掺杂硫石墨烯进行热重分析、X射线衍射光谱分析、红外光谱分析、透射电子显微镜分析、拉曼光谱分析、XPS(X射线光电子能谱分析)分析。然后对实验结果进行总结与讨论,对实验方法进行反思和讨论。83100

Preparation and Characterization of Sulfur-doped Graphene Nanosheets

Abstract: Emergence and application of new materials in the 21st century is a trend where, especially in the field of carbon materials, carbon materials in the field have great prospects that graphene-related materials。 Graphene as a new carbon material, because it has a unique two-dimensional structure, a huge surface area and good thermal conductivity, high strength, electrical conductivity, transparency, making it in many areas have a very good prospects, now widely used in electrode materials, solar energy materials, electronic transistors, micro-electronics, new composite materials [1-4] and so on。 Large number of experiments and theoretical calculations proved to be modified graphene doped, i。e。 doped with other atoms, is an effective method of modulating the activity of graphene electronic properties and chemical reaction [5]。 Studied in this paper is the use of chemical oxidation (graphite powder, 98% concentrated H2SO4, KMnO4, deionized water, by H2O2) Preparation of graphene oxide, and chemical reduction methods (sonication, evaporated to dryness, calcination) so that graphite oxide ene reaction and dibenzyl disulfide, sulfur-doped graphene prepared。 Then graphene oxide, sulfur-doped graphene thermal gravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) analysis。 The experimental results were then summarized and discussion of experimental methods for reflection and discussion。
