摘要为了掌握全氟己酮灭火剂热解气体毒性和在火焰作用下的热解气体毒性,本文设计和搭建了由全氟己酮定量输送装置、哈呋炉及其控温器、管式反应器、热解气体采集装置等组成的热解系统,和由灭火瓶、灭火剂气动释放装置、灭火实验小室、气体采集装置等组成的模拟灭火实验系统。基于上述两套实验系统,开展了全氟己酮灭火剂自身热解和全氟己酮在火焰作用下的热解规律研究。对两种工况下采集的热解气体进行GC-MS分析,并以分析得到的热解气体组成与含量为基础数据,进行毒性评价。结果表明,全氟己酮在滞留时间2s和5s、温度500℃、550℃、600℃、650℃、700℃和750℃热解时,热解气体中主要毒性物质为四氟乙烯、优尔氟丙烯、全氟异丁烯以及一氧化碳,其含量随热解温度升高、滞留时间增加而不断增加,其混合气体毒性随之上升。全氟己酮与火焰作用时,随着火源功率从0.8kw逐步加大至1.7 kw和4.3kw,灭火剂释放时间从3s逐步延长至6s和21s时,有机气体毒性随火源功率、释放时间的增加,变化规律不明显,但总体毒性较小;然而HF含量随火源功率、释放时间的增加而显著增加,从而导致混合气体的毒性也随之显著增加。18907

Title  The Study on the Toxicity of the Gas Generated by Interaction between C6F-Ketone and Class B Flame.                                     
Abstract
For understanding toxicity of gaseous products of both thermal decomposition of C6F-Ketone and interaction between C6F-Ketone and N-heptane flame , thermal decomposition system and C6F-Ketone/ N-heptane flame interaction system were designed and built, the former is composed of quantitative delivery device,Huff furnace,temperature controller ,
tubular reactor and collection device for thermal decomposing gas ;the latter is composed of fire extinguisher,pneumatic release device for C6F-Ketone,extinguishing experimental chamber and gas collection device. Based on two experimental systems, thermal decomposing experiment of C6F-Ketone were carried out under high temperatures and N-heptane flame. Thermal decomposing gas were collected and analyzed with GC-MS. Toxicity of gaseous products was evaluated based on species and their concentration of thermal decomposing gaseous products. The results showed that when the residence time of C6F-Ketone lasts 2s and 5s and the temperature rises to 500℃, 550 ℃, 600 ℃, 650 ℃, 700 ℃ and 750 ℃, the concentration of the main toxicant in thermal decomposing gas which include tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene,perfluoroutylene propylene and carbon monoxide are on the increase with the increase of the toxicity of the mixed gas as the thermal decomposing temperature goes up and the residence time increases.When thermal decomposing experiment of C6F-Ketone was carried out under N-heptane flame,as the flame power gradually increases from 0.8kw to 1.7 kw and 4.3kw, the release time of extinguishing agent gradually extends from 3s to 6s and 21s, the variation of organic gases’ toxicity is not obvious with the increase of the flame power and the release time, but their toxicity is low; however the concentration of HF increases significantly with the rise of the flame power and the release time, which leads to the significant increase of the toxicity of mixed gases.
