摘要水凝胶在水中能够吸收大量的水分溶胀,并在溶胀之后能够继续保持其原有结构而不被溶解。它是一类集吸水、保水、缓释于一体并且发展迅速的功能高分子材料
本论文利用水凝胶这种特性制得聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶,测得不同温度下凝胶形成时间和压缩强度,以及完全填充细小空隙下聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶合成的特点,还有水凝胶的保水性和吸水性两种性能。
结果表明: 温度对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶形成时间有重大影响。温度越高,凝胶形成时间越短,反应速度越快。空隙大小对实验影响较大。空隙越小,温度越低,形成理想凝胶所需时间会越长。另外,聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶吸水性与所处温度和湿度有很大关系,总体说来,温度越高,湿度越高,则凝胶吸水性越强。同时,聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶也具有一定的保水性。10330

Preparation of Acrylamide Hydrogel After the Small Gap
is Completely Filled
Abstract
In water hydrogel can absorb a lot of water and swell. After its swelling it is able to continue to maintain its original structure without being dissolved. It unites water absorption, water retention, slow release as one and is a kind of rapidly growing polyaromatics .
    In this thesis, this feature of hydrogel is used to obtain Polyaerylamide hydrogel,  The different temperature of reaction time and compression strength are measured, the features of acrylamide hydrogel synthesis when the small gap is completely filled , as well as the water retentivity and water absorptivity of hydrogel.
    The results showed that temperature have a significant influence on the acrylamide gel formation time. The higher the temperature the shorter the gel formation time, the faster the reaction. The size of gap also affects this experiment. The smaller the gap, the lower the temperature, the longer the formation of an ideal gel required time. In addition, the water absorptivity of acrylamide hydrogel have a great relationship with the temperature and humidity which, generally speaking, the higher the temperature and the humidity, the stronger the absorptivity. At the same time, the acrylamide hydrogel also has a certain degree of water retentivity.
