摘要:含氟聚合物具有独特的物理化学性质,如氟原子极强的电负性和非常牢固的C-F键,在很多领域范围内都被使用,如电子信息、染料、高空材料、光学,是近年来一种新型的优质原料。巯基-烯反应具有高度的选择性、反应条件简单、速度快,对有机合成领域有很大的贡献。此外,ROMP聚合能够保留原单体中的不饱和键,成为合成高分子化合物的研究方向。因此,本文介绍了联姻巯基-烯反应和ROMP聚合制备含氟聚合物,详细描述了7-氧杂降冰片稀-双丙烯酸外型的含氟树枝状聚合物的合成。首先合成7-氧杂降冰片稀-双丙烯酸系列的衍生物的单体,然后将其与含氟的硫醇发生硫醇-迈克尔加成反应,最后将生成的含氟的硫醇-迈克尔加成产物利用ROMP聚合来制备同一体系但结构不同的含氟聚合物。研究一系列含氟树枝状聚合物的位阻效应,得到一类新型树枝状含氟聚合物的体系,并对设计具有特定功能的含氟聚合物有重要意义。目标产物和中间体的结构均通过1H NMR谱图得到确切的证实。78787

Combing Ring-Opening Metathesis Polymerization and Thiol-Ene Coupling Chemistries to Synthesize  Fluropolymer

Abstract:Fluoropolymer is a new type of high-quality raw materials in recent years and has unique physical and chemical properties, such as the extremely strong electronegativity of fluorine atoms and very strong carbon-fluorine bonds, which are used in many fields such as electronic information, dyes, high-altitude materials, optics, which has a unique physical and chemical properties。 Thiol-Ene Coupling Chemistries have a great contribution to the field of organic synthesis which have a high degree of selectivity, simple reaction conditions and fast reaction。 In addition, ROMP become the research direction of synthetic polymer compounds which can retain the unsaturated bonds in the original monomer。 So this paper introduces Combing Ring-Opening Metathesis Polymerization and Thiol-Ene Coupling Chemistries to Synthesize Fluropolymer and describes in detail the synthesis of acrylic exo-7-oxanorborndiene fluoropolymers。 The monomers of the derivative of a series of acrylic 7-oxanorborndiene are first synthesized, and then reacted with the fluorine-containing thiol via thiol-Michael compling chemistry, and finally the resulting fluorinated thiol-Michael addition product was prepared via ring-openig metathesis polymerization to prepare a series of different fluoropolymers。 It is important to study the steric hindrance of a series of fluoropolymers, to develop a new type of dendritic fluoropolymer system and to design fluoropolymers with specific functions。 The structures of the target products and intermediates can be confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy。
