片状击发药的电点火技术研究

基于射钉弹击发药的电点火技术。通过叠氮肼镍起爆药以及BTTA点火药包覆碳晶膜电点火桥,通过电容激发以及恒流激发,探究其对不同配方击发药片的点火能力,并测试其点火参数

摘要射钉技术主要应用于建筑、水工、暖通领域,是一项非常具有市场前景的紧固技术。目前市场上射钉弹大多由撞针击发,并没有出现射钉弹的电点火技术,而射钉弹的电点火又具有可靠性高,能长时间连续工作的优点,因此本课题就是研究基于射钉弹击发药的电点火技术。通过叠氮肼镍起爆药以及BTTA点火药包覆碳晶膜电点火桥,通过电容激发以及恒流激发,探究其对不同配方击发药片的点火能力,并测试其点火参数。通过比较可知道,碳晶膜电点火桥的包覆药剂应该具有能量高,作用迅速的特点,叠氮肼镍起爆药满足需求,而BTTA点火药则因响应感度低并不能满足需求。由实验数据可得,只要碳晶膜电点火桥包覆材料的能量足够高,作用足够迅速,则点火电压及电流与击发药的配方没有关系;反之,若碳晶膜包覆药剂并不能满足以上要求,则会出现击发药片燃烧或者无法点火的情况。77890
