ZnFe2O4-ZnO复合光催化剂的制备及在紫外光下光催化性能研究

摘要:以水热法合成磁性铁酸锌为基体,采用水浴沉淀法在其表面原位沉积纳米氧化锌(ZnO),形成ZnFe2O4-ZnO复合光催化剂用于光催化降解间苯二酚。通过调节ZnFe2O4与ZnO的量合成一系列不同比例的ZnFe2O4-ZnO ( r=nZnFe2O4:nZnO=3:10,5:10,7:10,1:1,10:7,10:5,10:3,0)来寻找最优性能的复合催化剂。采用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、比表面积(BET)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)等分析手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明,ZnO纳米粒子分布均匀在ZnFe2O4表面,二者复合效果好,具有磁分离特性。复合光催化剂显示出优异的光催化性能,而且比例不同对复合光催化剂的性能有明显影响:当r<1时,在r=5:10时显示出优异的光催化性能,110min内对50mg/L间苯二酚降解率达 87。45%,并且回收的催化剂也达到了较好的降解效果;当r>1时,在r=10:3 时显示出最优异光催化性能,3h时对间苯二酚的降解率高达94。33%。72596

Abstract: In this article, ZnFe2O4 was firstly fabricated by hydrothermal method。 Then the nanocomposite photocatalyst was successfully synthesized by introducing ZnO onto the surface of ZnFe2O4 using bath deposition for the photodegradation of resorcinol under ultraviolet radiation (marked as ZnFe2O4-ZnO-r)。 To achieve the best performance of nanocomposite photocatalyst, the molar ratio of ZnFe2O4 and ZnO was adjusted to give a series of proportions r = nZnFe2O4/nZnO=3:10, 5:10, 7:10, 1:1, 10:3, 10:5 ,10:7 ,0 。 These obtained products were characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), BET surface area and Scanning electron microscope (SEM) methods。 Results showed that ZnO particles were successfully loaded onto the surface of ZnFe2O4 and distributed uniformly。 Correspondingly, the composite photocatalyst presented the characteristic of magnetic separation。 It was found that ZnFe2O4-ZnO showed excellent photocatalytic activity and different proportion of r has obvious effects on photocatalytic efficiency。 When ZnFe2O4-ZnO-r<1, the highest degradation rate of 50mg/L resorcinol was 87。45% within 110 min in the case of r=3:10。 The repeated use of the composite photocatalyst was also confirmed well。 When ZnFe2O4-ZnO-r>1, ZnFe2O4-ZnO with r = 10:3 showed the excellent photocatalytic performance and the degradation rate reached to 94。33% within 3 hours。
