论文研究光控燃烧固体推进剂的配方设计及CO2激光辐射下推进剂的燃烧特性和规律

摘要本论文研究光控燃烧固体推进剂的配方设计及CO2激光辐射下推进剂的燃烧特性和规律。主要内容如下:(1)通过对光控燃烧固体推进剂的工质选定准则的研究,对其进行配方设计,并按照配方比例制备推进药柱。
(2)通过对比试验得到了激光辐射对固体推进剂的燃速有明显的促进作用。
(3)运用高速摄影技术,对HTPB固体推进剂的燃烧可控性进行研究。
(4)研究了激光功率密度和环境压力对燃速的影响,获得了在激光辐射下HTPB光控燃烧固体推进剂燃烧特性的一些规律。得到了燃速随激光功率密度增加而增大的线性关系。
(5)对HTPB推进剂的燃烧特性和燃烧模型进行了简要的分析。8620

Title   Design of controllable combustion solid propellant and research on its combustion principle    
Abstract
The process of designing controllable combustion solid propellant’s ingredient and the combustion characteristics of HTPB propellant under the CO2 laser radiation were studied in this paper. The main contents as follows:
(1)After the research on working substance choosing standard of HTPB propellant, designed the ingredient and made the propellants based on the ingredient.
(2) Through comparative test, the role of laser radiation in the combustion of the solid propellants was researched. The result showed that the burning rate of the solid propellants increased markedly under laser radiation.
(3)The combustion controllability of HTPB propellant was studied by using high speed photographic technique.  
(4)The effects of some factors, such as laser power densities and environment pressure, on the combustion characteristics of the solid propellant were studied. Some rules about the combustion characteristics of HTPB propellant under laser radiation were obtained. A linear function in the dependence of burning rate on the laser power densities can be obtained. Under the circumstance, the burning rate increased accordingly as the laser power density increased.
(5) The brief analysis on the combustion characteristics and combustion model of HTPB propellant.
