不同初始含水率对垃圾好氧堆肥氨气恶臭控制的影响研究

摘要垃圾堆肥是利用垃圾或土壤中存在的细菌、酵母菌、真菌和放线菌等微生物,对垃圾进行处理和利用,通过生物化学反应降解垃圾中的有机物,最后形成一种类似腐蚀质土壤的物质,可用作肥料或作为土壤改良剂。而在垃圾堆肥过程中,同时也会产生大量恶臭,影响居民正常生活。本研究采用厨余垃圾作为堆肥原料,采用三因素(含水率、碳氮比和通气量)、三水平(60%、65%、70%;15、25、35;5、10、15 L/min)正交实验,研究不同初始含水率对垃圾好氧堆肥氨气恶臭释放浓度的减量效果。结果表明,氨气恶臭释放的浓度与初始含水率有如下关系:在一定范围内,氨气恶臭释放浓度随初始含水率的增高而增高;超过这个范围后,氨气恶臭释放浓度随初始含水率的增高而降低。其中当初始含水率为70%时,氨气恶臭释放浓度最低。垃圾好氧堆肥过程中控制氨气恶臭释放的最优工艺参数为含水率60%,碳氮比35,曝气量15 L/min。  71970

Abstract Waste composting is a method of processing and using garbage, which make the waste organic matter of biochemical reaction and degradation by using microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, fungi and actinomycetes in waste or soil。 In this way, we could form a kind of similar mass of soil corrosion material, used as fertilizer and soil conditioner。 But in the process of composting,it can also produce a large number of odor, which could affect residents' normal life。 This research uses the kitchen waste as compost raw material, adopts the three factors (moisture content, carbon and nitrogen ratio and ventilation), and the three levels (60%, 65%, 70%; 15, 25 and 35; 5, 10, 15 L/min) orthogonal experiments, studies the different initial moisture content for the release concentration reduction effect of ammonia stench in waste aerobic composting。Results show that the release of ammonia odor concentration and initial water rate is as follows: in a certain range, ammonia odor release concentration with initial water rate increased; beyond this range, the stench of ammonia release concentration with initial water content rate of increase and reduce。When the moisture content is 70%, the concentration of ammonia odor release concentration reached minimum value。 In the process of garbage aerobic composting, the optimal process parameters of controlling release ammonia stench is the moisture content of 60%, carbon and nitrogen ratio 35, ventilation 15 L/min。
