摘要随着我国经济的飞速增长,对于原油的使用需求越来越大。目前我国的原油储量不能满足如此大的需求,所以对中东的原油进口量正逐年递增。由于中东原油的含硫量大于我国原油的含硫量,而我国原油生产设备都是基于低含硫量原油来设计的,所以原油脱硫变得非常必要。原油脱硫的过程易发生危险,并且在发生事故后不易控制,对人类和环境都会造成很难恢复的伤害,所以对于其过程的热安定性分析显得极为必要。本论文主要通过TG-DSC(热重-差示扫描量热仪)、C80(微量量热仪)研究了两种原油脱硫剂及其与原油混合产物的热分解特性,在此基础上分析了脱硫剂对原油热分解的影响,然后根据热分析曲线计算出了相关热力学参数(发热量)和动力学参数(活化能、指前因子、自加速分解温度SADT),分析得出了原油脱硫剂TS02型和JH02型对原油的热安定性的影响规律,研究了原油掺混过程的热安全性问题,为实现原油脱硫过程的安全操作奠定坚实的基础。        关键词:热安全性评估,原油脱硫剂,反应动力学参数,掺混8307

Title Thermal safety analysis of the crude oil desulfurization mixing process                                       
Abstract
Our demand for crude oil becomes larger and larger because of the rapid economic growth. Our reserves can not meet such a large demand for crude oil,so the imports from the Middle East is also growing. Because of the sulphur content of Middle East crude oils is higher than Chinese, and the crude oil production equipment in China is designed based on low-sulphur-content crude oil, so oil desulfurization is necessary. Crude oil desulfurization is dangerous and difficult to control,and the damage to humans and the environment will be difficult to restore, so the thermal stability of the process is extremely necessary. This thesis uses the TG-DSC, C80 to study the thermal decomposition of two crude oil desulfurizing agents and mixture with crude oil. On this basis, the effect of desulphurizing agents on the thermal decomposition of crude oil is analyzed,then the thermodynamic parameters (heat) and kinetic parameters (activation energy, preexponential factor, SADT) are calculated,then  the effect of TS02 and JH02 on the thermal stability of crude oil is analyzed.The questions about the thermal safety of the crude oil mixing process are researched which lays a foundation for the safe operation of the oil desulfurization.
