摘 要在各类中毒案件中，犯罪嫌疑人常常使用氯丙嗪类药物作为犯罪工具应用到各类犯罪中，对受害人进行伤害以达到其犯罪目的，而对氯丙嗪的定性定量检验便可以为此类案件的侦破提供数据支撑。本文将搜集几类相关物证，并对搜集到的物证检材进行科学的实验前处理。使用安捷伦 7890B 气质联用仪设备，参照公安部物证鉴定中心的实验标准，采取气相色谱质谱联用法对所采集的各类疑似含氯丙嗪药物成分的物证检材进行检验分析，最终得到了相关样本和检材的气相色谱-质谱特征图谱。通过分析比对不同检材图谱的离子特征峰等独有特征，得到了相应的定性和定量结果。得出了氯丙嗪药物成分具有较强的稳定性、在不同检材中提取率不同的结论。此次实验可以有效帮助公安机关的侦查人员进行案件侦破，进而缩小相关案件的侦查范围，指明侦查方向，具有一定的公安实战指导意义。78488

ABSTRACT In all kinds of poisoning cases, the suspects often use chlorpromazine drugs as a crime tool to apply to all kinds of crimes, to harm the victims to achieve their criminal purposes, and the qualitative and quantitative test of chlorpromazine can provide data support for the detection of such cases。 In this paper, we will collect several kinds of relevant physical evidence, and conduct scientific pre-treatment of the collected material。 Using Agilent 7890b GC-MS equipment and referring to the experimental standard of the Ministry of public security physical evidence identification center, GC-MS was used to test and analyze all kinds of material evidence samples which were suspected to contain chlorpromazine。 Finally, GC-MS characteristic Atlas of relevant samples and samples was obtained。 Through the analysis and comparison of the unique characteristics of the ion characteristic peaks of different samples, the corresponding qualitative and quantitative results are obtained。 It is concluded that chlorpromazine has strong stability and different extraction rate in different samples。 This experiment can effectively help the investigators of the public security organs to solve the case, and then narrow the scope of investigation of related cases, and point out the direction of investigation, which has a certain guiding significance for the actual operation of public security。

引言
在公安机关侦办的各类刑事中毒案件中，犯罪分子常常寻找在其日常生活的环境中易于得到的毒物来进行其犯罪行为。而氯丙嗪又称冬眠灵，这种吩噻嗪类抗精神病药不仅较易于获取且作用广泛，故其常常出现在中毒类的刑事案件现场中。犯罪现场勘验对于公安机关在侦办中毒类案件过程中的重要性自然不言而喻，但各类不同性质案件的现场往往存在较大差别，物证种类也各有不同。自杀案件中，现场经常会遗留有储存药物的药瓶等器具，技术人员可以直接对器具中所剩药物的成分进行采集检验与分析，但其他性质的中毒案件中，如他杀（熟人作案）、麻醉抢劫案件的现场，侦查人员往往难以直接发现成品药物。进一步认定毒物成分特别是氯丙嗪类药物成分，成为对案件下一步的侦破工作所提出的迫切要求。故需要对现场收集的相关物证进行相应的检验分析工作，以确定其中是否含有氯丙嗪毒物成分。论文网 中毒案件中氯丙嗪药物成分的检验分析:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_90456.html
