PI/Al2O3杂化薄膜性能研究

摘要通过原位聚合的方法制备了三氧化二铝填充聚酰亚胺杂化薄膜。研究Al2O3的粒径、含量、分散处理方式及界面处理等对PI/ Al2O3杂化薄膜的力学性能和热-力学性能的影响。结果显示,随着Al2O3粒径的减小和含量的增加,杂化薄膜的弹性模量增大;而拉伸强度则随着Al2O3含量的增加先升高后降低,当Al2O3质量分数为5%时有最大值;对Al2O3进行超声波处理,可大幅提高聚酰亚胺杂化薄膜的拉伸强度和弹性模量;使用表活性剂KH550处理Al2O3,可明显提高聚酰亚胺杂化薄膜的拉伸强度和弹性模量。47387

The aluminum oxide filled polyimide composite films were prepared by in situ polymerization. The effect of the Al2O3 particle size, mass fraction, decentralized approach and interface processing on mechanical properties and thermal- mechanical properties of PI/Al2O3 films were studied; The results showed that with the Al2O3 particle size decreasing and mass fraction increasing, the elastic modulus of the composite film was increased; while with the mass fraction of Al2O3 increasing, its tensile strength increased first, then decreased; when Al2O3 mass fraction was 5wt%, the best value was emerged. To ultrasonic processing of Al2O3, PI composite membrane elastic modulus and tensile strength were improved greatly. Moreover, after adding the surface active agent KH550, PI composite membrane elastic modulus and tensile strength were improved.
