摘要:锌-镍合金镀层具有优秀的防腐蚀性能,可以适应现在日趋提高的防护性镀层的要求。本文介绍了一种酸性锌-镍合金电镀工艺,通过在不同温度、pH等条件下进行深入探讨,分析这些外在因素对镀层外观有何影响。探讨了不同添加剂浓度下电镀对镀层外观的影响。用单因素法确定了基础镀液配方:氯化锌80g/L,氯化铵40g/L,氯化镍85g/L,氯化钾200g/L。同时通过实验确定了添加剂的用量,苄叉丙酮0.4g/L,糖精1g/L,平平加1.44g/L等。利用本工艺可以得到整体全光亮的锌-镍合金镀层。通过对镀层与镀液性能的测试,表明了该镀层具有良好的抗腐蚀性能与极好的伸展性和附着性能。通过利用所得的数据进行电镀试验,得到光亮、平整的镀层。通过对添加剂与工艺条件的研究,对酸性电镀锌-镍合金工艺规范进行优化,满足生产需求。43166

Study on the electroplating process of acid zinc-nickel alloy

Abstract:Zinc-nickel alloy coating has excellent corrosion resistance, which can be adapted to the requirements of the protective coating which is increasing day by day. In this paper, an acid zinc nickel alloy electroplating process was introduced, and the influence of these external factors on the appearance of the coating was analyzed through the further study under different temperature and pH conditions. The effects of different additive concentration on the appearance of the coating were discussed. Using single factor method to determine the basis of plating solution formula: zinc chloride 80g/L, ammonium chloride 40g/L, nickel chloride 85g/L, potassium chloride 200g/L. At the same time to determine the amount of additives by experiments, benzylacetone 0.4g/L, saccharin 1g/L, peregal 1.44g/L etc.. The whole bright zinc nickel alloy coating can be obtained by using this technology. By testing the properties of the coating and the coating, the coating has excellent corrosion resistance and excellent extension and adhesion. Through the use of the data to carry out the electroplating test, get bright, smooth coating. Through the study of the additive and the technological conditions, the process specification of the acid zinc nickel alloy plating was optimized to meet the production requirement.
