The main content of the book is select the design data and the sewage treatment process.According to the confirmed process, the design calculated the main size of the structures (include the bar screen, aerated grit chamber,SBR biological pond, ,sludge thickener), the pipes and the head loss, and completed the general information of the design, the process flow sheet (include high-rise layout), site map of the plant and the drawings of the main buildings.
The design is feasible in technology and reasonable in economic. The investment cost is about RMB 3.04 million and the treatment cost of per ton water is RMB 0.58 yuan / day. The entire design process can use less area. The design has the advantages of less cost, stable operation, less secondary pollution to ensure that the treatment water achieves water standard, disposal with good effect, simple process, covering less area, stable operation and less energy consumption.

1 绪论
1.1 概况
近年来，城市周围河流处处充斥着未经处理的污水，都归结于工业废水和生活污水的排出量不断地增多，致使城市及其周边的环境污染越发严重；不但直接污染了城市的地下饮用水，也间接对河道附近的农业生产和人们的生活带来了一定的危险性，我们赖以生存的生态环境日趋恶劣了。因此我们必须立马采取措施来治理城市污水。
对于如何处理城市污水，已许多种处理工艺法，比如物理法、化学法和生物法，而其中的生物法越来越受到人们的关注。含有高浓度的氮和磷的化肥，杀虫剂和洗涤剂等物质的排出，导致城市污水氮，磷的浓度急剧增加，造成较低的溶解氧和富营养化现象，同时也对处理后污水的重复使用造成了影响。所以，现在的污水处理要求在处理过程中不仅能够有效地去除BOD5和SS等有机物，而且要更有效地脱氮除磷。而SBR法作为活性污泥法的一种演变，对去除有机物、氮、磷的效果显著，而且其脱氮除磷的厌氧、缺氧和好氧不是像传统污泥法那样由空间划分，而是用时间控制的。它在技术经济和环境效益上的优势，也日益受到人们的高度重视。 日处理5万立方某城市污水SBR法处理工艺设计+CAD图纸(2):http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_35304.html
