摘要:镀锌具有成本低、抗腐蚀性好、外表美观和耐贮存等优点, 在轻工、仪表、机电、农机和国防等工业中得到广泛应用。本文概述了课题研究的主要意义和碱性镀锌电镀原理,采用了电化学实验方法研究添加剂组成及含量对电解液电流效率、沉积速度、工作电流范围及镀层表面形貌等参数的影响。本论文以氧化锌和氢氧化钠为主要成分的基础碱性镀锌电解液在D E ,香草醛等组成添加剂的作用下与基础镀液电镀性能和镀层进行比较,得到与基体结合力好,镀层结晶细致,有一定厚度、均匀且光亮的锌镀层。加入D E ,香草醛等添加剂的碱性镀锌电解液镀液稳定、电流密度范围宽、分散能力强、深镀能力好、均镀能力好、操作简单、性价比高。通过对镀层进行一系列的性能测试表明:加入D E ,香草醛等添加剂后,镀液和镀层的性能得到了显著的改善,具有较高的应用价值。

Comparison of additives in electrolyte on performance of environment-friendly galvanized
Abstract: Zinc has the advantages of low cost, good corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance and storage etc., are widely used in light industry, instrument, machinery, agricultural machinery and defense industry. This paper outlines the research and basic galvanized principle, influence the electrochemical experimental methods and content of the additives on the current efficiency, deposition rate, current and surface morphology of coating and other parameters. Based on zinc oxide and sodium hydroxide as the main component of the alkaline zinc plating electrolyte based in D E, vanillin composition under the action of additives and base plating plating and coating properties were compared, with good adhesion, coating of fine crystal, with a zinc plating layer with certain thickness, uniform and bright. Join D E, alkaline zinc electrolyte vanillin additive plating solution is stable, wide range of current density, dispersion ability, good ability of deep plating, plating ability, simple operation, high ratio of performance to price. Indicated through the performance test on a series of deposits: adding D E additive, vanillin, the properties of the plating solution and plating layer is improved, it has a higher application value.
