摘要:本课题主要研究了包覆精油的脂质体的制备技术。在探究过程中,曾尝试改变工艺、配方组成,及各原料的用量,拟制备出具较大包覆量,且具有良好稳定性的包覆柠檬精油的脂质体。实验通过研究卵磷脂的各种物化性质、卵磷脂在 1,2-丙二醇,甘油,1,3-丁二醇中的溶解、卵磷脂与不同精油的溶解情况等初步确定实验配方及制备工艺。在此基础上继续研究改变配方中各种原料的用量,探讨其对脂质体外观形态、粒径大小、Zeta电位、黏度稳定性等方面的影响。包覆精油的脂质体中的卵磷脂(PC-50)担任包覆精油的薄膜,1,2-丙二醇作为溶剂,TW-80起到促进油相溶解并有促乳化的作用,NaCl为黏度调节剂,在该体系中起到降低黏度的作用。通过大量的实验探究,调整最佳配比,确定优选配方进行表征,最终做出的包覆精油的脂质体的粒径小于 100nm,Zeta电位|φ|>30mv,体系较稳定。57001

Study of the preparation Oil-coated liposomes
Abstract: In this subject, the preparation of Oil-coated liposomes was mainly discussed. In theexploration process, we have tried to change the process methods, the composition of theformulation, dosage and the various of raw materials, by combining a large amount ofExploring, we are going to prepared Oil-coated liposomes that have good stability and coatinglarge amount of lemon oil. By explore various physicochemical properties of lecithin, thedissolution of lecithin in 1,2-propanediol, glycerol and 1,3-butanediol, the dissolution betweenlecithin and lemon oil, gradually determine the experimental formulation and preparation. Onthis basis, we continue to study the formulation by change the amount of the different rawmaterials, and to explore its effect on liposome morphology, particle size, Zeta potential,viscosity stability and other aspects. In this system, lecithin (PC-50) as a film-coated oil, 1,2-propylene glycol as a solvent , TW-80 can promote the dissolution of the oil phase and promotethe role of emulsification, NaCl is used as viscosity modifiers and play a role in reducing the viscosity of the system . Through a lot of experiments, Adjust the optimum ratio , determining apreferred formulation and measure its properties characteristic of all aspects,eventually ,the sizeof Oil-coated liposome less than 100nm, Zeta potential | φ |> 30mv and the system has a goodstability.
