摘要:生物能源作为一种可以进行无限再生的洁净能源,是科学家及环保学家所公认的可以替代化石燃料的最理想的资源。本实验选择废弃纸张和树叶为原材料,在不同浓度梯度硫酸的预处理情况下,分析在常规水解和超声共振体系下水解树叶和纸的预处理产糖效率以及酶水解效率。91514

实验结果表明,树叶含有淀粉、无机盐与可溶性糖,纸的淀粉与无机盐的含量为零,只含有少量的可溶性糖;纸纤维素的含量极大,接近75%,树叶中纤维素最高,木质素与半纤维素的含量接近。纤维素酶直接水解材料,在常规体系中,树叶的水解效率高于纸屑,但是,在超声共振体系中,二者差异较小。超声共振体系可以促进预处理液充分水解纤维素,且对于提高纸屑的硫酸水解效率作用更为显著。4。0%硫酸处理后,超声共振体系的产糖效率仍然高于常规体系8%左右;且树叶和纸屑的产糖效率基本相同;考虑预处理成本、废水污染等因素,1%硫酸处理可作为较适合的处理浓度。

Abstract:Bioenergy, as a clean energy that can be used for infinite regeneration, is the ideal resource for scientists and environmentalists to replace fossil fuels。 In this experiment, waste paper and leaves were selected as raw materials。 The pretreatment of hydrolyzed leaves and paper under conventional hydrolysis and ultrasonic resonance systems was analyzed under different pretreatment of different concentrations of sulfuric acid。

The results showed that the contents of starch, inorganic salt and soluble sugar in leaves were zero, and the content of starch and inorganic salt was zero, and only a small amount of soluble sugar was contained。 The content of cellulose was very close to 75%, the highest in cellulose, Lignin and hemicellulose content close to。 Cellulase direct hydrolysis of the material, in the conventional system, the hydrolysis efficiency of leaves is higher than that of paper dust, but   in the ultrasonic resonance system, the difference between the two is small。 Ultrasonic resonance system can promote the pretreatment solution to fully hydrolyze cellulose, and to improve the efficiency of sulfuric acid hydrolysis of paper scrap is more significant。 4。0% sulfuric acid treatment, the ultrasonic resonance system of sugar production efficiency is still higher than the conventional system of about 8%; and leaves and paper scraps of sugar production efficiency is basically the same; consider the cost of pretreatment, waste water pollution and other factors, 1% sulfuric acid treatment can be More suitable treatment concentration。
