摘  要:本文采用聚甲基丙烯酸-N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(PDMAEMA)改性凹凸棒土(简称凹土),并将其添加到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)铸膜液里,共混制备PVDF/PGS-g-PDMAEMA混合基质超滤膜,研究不同接枝率的改性凹土对混合基质超滤膜孔径、纯水通量、BSA截留率、静态吸附等工艺参数的影响。实验结果表明,改性凹土接枝率越大,膜的纯水通量越大;在室温、压力为0。1 MPa时,改性接枝率为5。28时,改性膜对BSA的静态吸附量最小,截留率最大,修正污染指数最小,这是由于将改性凹土添加到铸膜液中,提高了PVDF超滤膜的亲水性所致。综合考虑,当改性凹土接枝率为5。28时,改性膜的综合性能最优。85718

Abstract: In this paper, poly [2-(N, N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] (PDMAEMA) modified palygorskite (PGS) was added to the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration membrane。 And it was blended to prepare PVDF/PGS-g-PDMAEMA mixed matrix ultrafi -ltration membrane。 The effects of different grafting ratio values on the pore size, pure water flux, rejection rate of BSA and static adsorption of mixed matrix ultrafiltration membrane were investigated。 The experimental results showed that the grafting ratio was larger, accordingly the pure water flux was larger。 At room temperature and the 0。1 MPa of pressure, the static adsorption was smallest when grafting ratio was 5。28。 And the rejection rate of BSA was largest。 At the same time, modified fouling index was smallest。 This was due to the hydrophilic of PVDF membrane which had been improved by added modified PGS。 After comprehensive consideration, the properties of modified membrane were the best when the grafting ratio was 5。28。
