PC/PBT/聚硼硅氧烷阻燃合金的性能研究,以甲基苯基聚硼硅氧烷(PB)作为阻燃剂,并采用适量的AX8900、马来酸酐接枝ABS( KT-3)和亚磷酸三苯酯(TPPi)对PC/PBT阻燃合金进行改性

摘    要 聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)是一种热塑性工程塑料,因其性能优良,在各个领域都得到了广泛的应用。聚碳酸酯( PC) 是一种综合性能优良的热塑性工程塑料,具有突出的抗冲击性能,拉伸强度和弹性模量,尺寸稳定、蠕变也小。两者通过共混改性,可以弥补PBT冲击强度不高、耐热性差的缺陷,并能克服PC耐化学药品性差的缺点,实现优势互补,获得综合性能更为优异的工程塑料合金。然而,由于在PC里含有PBT,PC/PBT的阻燃性能较PC差,必须经过阻燃处理才能满足应用的要求。85392

    本文以甲基苯基聚硼硅氧烷(PB)作为阻燃剂,并采用适量的AX8900、马来酸酐接枝ABS( KT-3)和亚磷酸三苯酯(TPPi)对PC/PBT阻燃合金进行改性。结果表明,PB阻燃剂使PC/PBT合金的力学性能有不同程度的下降,尤其对缺口冲击强度影响显著。适量的TPPi可以提高PC/PBT/PB阻燃合金的力学性能,但过量的TPPi反而使合金体系的力学性能降低,TPPi对PC/PBT/PB阻燃合金的维卡软化点影响不大。在PC/PBT/PB阻燃合金中单独加入AX8900时,改性效果较差,但AX8900与TPPi复配使用可有效改善PC/PBT/PB阻燃合金的力学性能,尤其是冲击强度提高显著,3%wt的AX8900与2%wtTPPi复配使用可使PC/PBT/PB合金的缺口冲击强度达到4。6 kJ•m-2,比未阻燃的PC/PBT合金提高了15%。相容剂KT-3也能有效提高PC/PBT/PB阻燃合金的力学性能。

Abstract

  Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) is a kind of thermoplastic engineering plastics。 It has been widely used in many fields because of its excellent properties。 Polycarbonate (PC) is a kind of thermoplastic engineering plastics with excellent comprehensive properties, such as outstanding impact resistance, tensile strength, elastic modulus, stable in size and small in creep deformation。 By blending modification of PC and PBT, excellent engineering plastics alloy could be obtained, since the alloy remedies the defects of low impact strength and poor heat resistance of PBT, and overcomes the shortcomings of poor chemical resistance of PC。 However, due to the presence of PBT in PC, the flame retardancy of PC/PBT is worse than that of PC。 As a result, it is necessary to meet the application requirements by adopting flame retardant treatment。

  In this paper, PB is used as a flame retardant, and moderate amount of AX8900, maleic anhydride grafted ABS (KT-3), triphenyl phosphate(TPPi) were added to improve the mechanical properties of PC/PBT/PB alloy。 Result shows that PB flame retardant causes mechanical property of PC/PBT alloy to decrease, especially for notch impact strength。 Moderate amount of TPPi could improve mechanical properties of PC/PBT alloy system, though too much TPPi could impair mechanical properties of the alloy system。 TPPi has little influence on vicat softening point of the alloy。 Adding AX8900 alone cannot improve mechanical properties of PC/PBT/PB flame retardant alloy, but AX8900 compounded with TPPi could effectively enhance the mechanical properties of the flame retardant alloy, especially for impact strength。 The notch impact strength of PC/PBT/PB alloy reached 4。6 kJ•m-2, when adding 3%wt AX8900 with 2%wt TPPi, increasing 15% compared with PC/PBT alloy before flame retardant treatment。 Compatilizer KT-3 could also improve mechanical properties of PC/PBT/PB retardant alloy system remarkably。源Q于W优H尔J论K文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201.,8766
