摘要:随着人们环保与健康理念的日益增强,迫使涂料市场向着水性化、辐射固化等方向发展。目前,水性光固化体系因其具有无污染、无毒和生产安全等众多优点受到了全球的普遍关注。
环氧丙烯酸树脂,其分子链中含有稳定的碳碳双键和醚键,使得它具有良好的耐化学品性;分子链上的羟基使树脂具有良好的极性,促使它与金属材料表面有良好的粘附力;乙烯基可在过氧化物类的引发剂或紫外光的照射下发生聚合反应,从而形成一个不溶不熔且具有空间网状结构的的高聚物。这些突出的有点使环氧丙烯酸树脂成为应用广泛的预聚物。
本文利用环氧树脂与丙烯酸进行开环酯化反应,将C=C双键引入到分子链中;再利用马来酸酐对树脂进行进一步改性,在分子链上引入亲水基团;最后经碱中和,制得了光固化水性环氧丙烯酸酯。研究了树脂种类(E-51、环氧稀释剂)、助剂种类和滴加方式等光固化水性环氧丙烯酸酯性能的影响。测试表征表明,当加入适当比例的光引发剂,固化膜的各项性能指标都达到了预期的效果。

Preparation and Application of UV-curable Waterborne Epoxy Acrylate
Abstract:With the concept of environmental protection and health of people increasing, forcing the market toward the water-based paint, radiation curing other direction. Currently, the water-based UV curing system has many advantages because of its non-polluting, non-toxic and production safety has been widespread concern around the world.
Epoxy acrylate resin, the molecular chain containing a carbon-carbon double bond and a stable ether bond, such that it has excellent chemical resistance; hydroxyl groups on the molecular chains of the polar resin having good, pushing it with the metal surface of the material good adhesion; vinyl polymerization can occur in the peroxide-based initiators irradiation or ultraviolet light, thereby forming an insoluble and infusible and has a spatial network structure polymer. These projecting somewhat become so widely used epoxy acrylate resin prepolymer.
In this paper, epoxy and acrylic ring-opening esterification reaction, the introduction of the  C = C double bond in the molecular chain; re-use of maleic anhydride resin is further modified at the molecular chain introducing a hydrophilic group; After neutralization by alkali, the UV-curable waterborne epoxy-acrylate resins were prepared. Research the type of resin (E-51, epoxy diluent), additives and other types of light-cured and dropping way affect the performance of waterborne epoxy acrylate. Characterization tests showed that when added to an appropriate proportion of photoinitiator, the cured film performance indicators have reached the desired effects.
