摘    要在硝酸盐与柠檬酸组成的体系中,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得一种绿色荧光粉Ca3Y2(BO3)4:Mn2+。采用X射线粉末衍射法确定了样品的结构;用扫描电镜研究了样品形貌;运用激发-发射光谱表征了材料的光学性质。实验采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Ca3Y2(BO3)4:xMn2+ x=0.01,0.02,0.05,0.1等不同掺杂浓度的前驱体,在鼓风干燥箱中110℃,18小时进行脱水,然后1000℃的进行烧结反应。分析比较了不同合成参数对Ca3Y2(BO3)4:Mn2+荧光粉的相纯度的影响;研究不同掺杂浓度对荧光粉发光性能的影响;优化了材料的合成工艺提高发光性。结果表明,掺杂的正二价锰离子占据CaO多面体中Ca的格位, Ca3Y2(BO3)4材料属于正交晶系Pnma空间群;样品的形貌呈长棒状,当Mn2+的掺杂浓度为1mol%,样品的发光强度最大。22553

Preparation and optical properties of Ca3Y2(BO3)4:Mn2+ phosphor
Abstract
In the system of nitrate and citric acid, the green phosphor Ca3Y2(BO3)4:Mn2+ was prepared by sol-gel. The structure spectrum of sample was determined by X ray diffraction;  morphology of phosphors were observe by scanning electron microscopy; luminescent properties of sample were show by fluorescence spectroscopy. The precursor of Ca3Y2(BO3)4:xMn2+ doping concentration of manganese ion (x=0.01,0.02,0.05,0.1) was studied in the drying oven at 110 ℃,with18 hours of dehydration using sol-gel synthesis calcinated at the high temperature of 1000℃.Material phase purity presented by different parameters on the synthesis of Ca3Y2(BO3)4:Mn2+ phosphor was also analysis and comparison ; The effects of optical properties on phosphors among different concentration was examined. How to improve the luminescence by different the choice of preparation was researched. The results showed that Mn2+ ions occupied CaO polyhedra doped in Ca sites belonging to the orthorhombic space group Pnma.The morphology of the samples were long rod.And optimum luminescent intensity can be obtained after the samples were doped concentration of 1 mol% Mn2+ ions.
