摘要:本设计内容为年产900吨十二烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱的工艺生产车间设计。甜菜碱是一种季铵型水溶性生物碱,可作为甲基供体,具有促进动物蛋白质和脂肪代谢、缓和应激、调节渗透压、增进食欲、稳定文生索、参与预防球虫病,也可作为多功能表面活性剂,而且因其温和性、去污作用和良好的增泡、稳泡性能,是用于制备护发护肤用品的优良表面活性剂[1]。目前,国内应用最多的甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂仍是烷基甜菜碱,而其改性衍生物烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱因具有很多优良的性能而越来越受市场的青睐。烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱是一类含强碱性N原子的两性表面活性剂,可在较宽pH范围内保持良好的表面活性。多年来,国内外对磺基甜菜碱进行了研究与开发,但其类型比较少,所得到的信息与生产方法也较少,因此对这类表面活性剂进行深入而广泛的研究是非常有必要的。在本设计中,以制得十二烷基二甲基叔胺,进一步与3-氯2-羟基丙磺酸钠反应,制得系列新型十二烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱。该系列产品具有优良的应用性能。其次,对整个反应进行物料恒算,热量恒算。对生产设备进行设计选型,厂房布置.最后绘制了生产工艺流程图,车间平面布置图,车间立面布置图。7864

In this design, the system dodecyl dimethyl amine, further reaction with 3 - chloro-2 - hydroxy acid sodium salt, a series of new dodecyloxypropyl sulfo betaine.
