摘要:底泥一般富含的氮、磷、微量元素和有机质等,养分均衡,目前河道底泥资源化技术主要有底泥土地利用、制备材料和回收能源制氢等。本文在河道调研的基础上,采集了河道水样和底泥样品,进行了实验室监测,根据监测结果评价了河道水质和底泥的污染情况。在此基础上,采用河道底泥进行了砷污染的生物修复实验,以期为河道底泥的资源化利用提供理论参考和技术支持。

本文对河道水质进行评价,结果表明化学需氧量、氨氮远超《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)V类标准。各监测点位的超标率为100%。河道水质中砷、铬、汞超过了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)V类标准,点位超标率为50%。镉、铜、铅、锌没有超过了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)V类标准,点位超标率为0%。对河道底泥重金属采用了不同的评价方法。按照《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995)三级标准评价,河道底泥重金属指标符合《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995)三级标准。按照《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》(GB4284-84)进行评价,河道底泥也符合《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》(GB4284-84)。还采用了生态风险指数法进行评价,发现河道底泥重金属潜在生态危害程度为强。87911

本文进行河道底泥的黑麦草盆栽试验。研究结果表明,随着砷浓度增加,在砷浓度达到250mg/kg的处理中,株高为14。7cm,比低浓度60mg/kg的处理降低了21%。总体而言,高浓度的砷污染处理的株高比低浓度砷污染处理的株高有所降低。黑麦草的盆栽实验的研究结果表明,在大面积种植的情况下,黑麦草的生物量将比盆栽试验表现出更好的效果,可以认为大面积的黑麦草种植将能更大程度的降低河道底泥的砷含量,黑麦草对砷的积累和吸收效果明显。

Evaluation and Bioremediation of heavy metal pollution in river sediment
