摘要利用N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯和马来酸酐作为原料,以三硫代碳酸二(α,α′-二甲基-α-乙酸)酯作为链转移剂采用可逆加成—断裂链转移聚合法,制备温敏性聚合物P(St-alt-MA)-b-PNIPAAm-(PSMA-PNIPAAm)。利用FTIR-8400S红外分析仪、TG等方法表征其结构。结果表明,PSMA-PNIPAAm有两个玻璃化转变温度为125.3摄氏度和202.5摄氏度,PSMA-PNIPAAm的热稳定性不受嵌段比例的影响,当程序升温速率增大,分解温度也随之增大。同时利用静电纺丝技术制备聚合物PSMA-PNIPAAm纳米纤文,用无水乙二胺交联的表面连接固定。采用FSL200A接触角仪和偏光显微镜等,对不同条件下的聚合物PSMA- PNIPAAm纤文和膜的亲疏水性进行分析讨论。结果表明,电纺纤文在温度低于低临界溶解温度时呈亲水性,且随着聚合物中N-异丙基丙烯酰胺百分比的增大,亲水性增强;当温度高于低临界溶解温度时,电纺纤文则呈现疏水性,且随着聚合物中N-异丙基丙烯酰胺百分比的提高,疏水性增强。21438

 Title    Synthesis and Application of Thermo -Sensitive Block Copolymers                                                
Abstract
Thermo-sensitive polymer P (St-alt-MA)-b-PNIPAAm , was synthesized by reversible addition - fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of N-isopropyl acrylamide , styrene and maleic anhydride , in the presence of Trithiocarbonate di (α, α'-dimethyl-α-acetic acid) ester as chain transfer agent.And using Infrared, TG and other methods characterized its structure. The results indicate that PSMA-PNIPAAm has two glass transition temperature of 125.3 ℃ and 202.5 ℃,and the thermal stability of PSMA-PNIPAAm is not affected by the block ratio and the decomposition temperature will move to the high temperature with the increase of the heating rate.Using electrospinning method synthesized PSMA-PNIPAAm nanofiber ,with its surface cross-linked and fixed by anhydrous ethylenediamine. Under different conditions, the hydrophilicity of the polymer fibers and films were characterized  by infrared spectroscopy and polarization microscope. The results indicate that when the temperature is below the LCST,the electrospun fibers are hydrophilic and the fiber hydrophilicity is gradually increasing with the increase of the ratio of NIPAAm in the polymer;When the temperature is higher than the LCST, the electrospun fibers are hydrophobic and fiber hydrophobicity is gradually increasing with the increase of the ratio of NIPAAm in the polymer.
