镇江市御珑湖水体富营养化综合研究

为了对镇江城市景观水体的营养状况有一个详细的了解,准确的预判镇江市水体富营养化的发展趋势,本研究对镇江市御珑湖人工水体进行采样水体富营养化研究

摘要随着经济的发展,不管在城市或农村人们的生活水平都在不断的改善和提 高,而景观水体已慢慢进入我们的生活,为我们带来不少便利和乐趣。人造景观 水体给城市带来美丽的同时,也给城市带来了不少问题。为了对镇江城市景观水 体的营养状况有一个详细的了解,准确的预判镇江市水体富营养化的发展趋势, 本研究对镇江市御珑湖人工水体进行采样水体富营养化研究。

在  3 月 19 日-2016 年 4 月 30 日期间共采取 4 次水体理化环境因子和 生物环境因子的监测进行综合分析,选取了水温、pH、透明度(SD)、溶解氧

(DO)、总磷(TP)、总氮(TD)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、叶绿素 a 等 8 个环境因子对镇江市御珑湖水体进行评价。通过监测,得出各样点 pH 值变化范 围为 7。03~8。86, 水体偏碱性;透明度范围为 0。19m~0。66m; 溶解氧平均值为 3。13mg/L;总磷范围为 0。06~0。21μg/mL;总氮范围为 5。75~7。24mg/L;CODMn 范 围为 1。30~4。96mg/L;叶绿素 a 范围为 5。57~18。52mg/m3。以综合营养状态指数法 对人工湖营养状态进行评价,得知在四次监测时间内,人工湖处于轻度富营养状 态。以叶绿素 a 的浓度为单一指标对人工湖水体营养状态进行评价,人工湖有一 次为中营养型水体;三次为轻度富营养状态。最终人工湖的评价结果为轻度富营 养化。83160

In 2016, March 19 - 2016 April 30, were taken 4 times water physicochemical monitoring of environmental factors and biological environmental factors were analyzed, selected water temperature, pH, transparency (SD), dissolved oxygen (do), total phosphorus (TP) and total nitrogen (TD), the amount of chemical  oxygen demand (CODMn), chlorophyll a and eight environmental factors of Zhenjiang City Royal Fairy Lake was evaluated。 By monitoring, it is concluded that the range of ph value range for 7。03~8。86, alkaline water; the transparency range for 0。19m~0。66m; dissolved oxygen average value for 3。13mg/L; total phosphorus 0。06~0。21 g / mL; total nitrogen range for 5。75~7。24mg/L; CODMn 1。30~4。96mg/L; chlorophyll a range for the 5。27~18。52mg/m3。 In order to evaluate the nutritional status of artificial lake, the artificial lake was in the light of the four monitoring time。 Using the concentration of chlorophyll a as a single indicator to evaluate the nutritional status of artificial lake water, the artificial lake was once a nutrient type water body, and the three was a mild eutrophic state。Finally, the evaluation results of artificial lake are light eutrophication。
