护手霜的流变性研究+文献综述

摘要:本课题在不同油脂配比、增稠剂种类和增稠剂用量条件下制备护手霜, 分别考察了油脂配比、增稠剂种类和增稠剂用量对护手霜流变性和质构性的影响,并对其感官特性进行研究。结果表明,当 m(二甲基硅油):m(白油):m(羊毛脂)=1:1:1,黄原胶用量为 1.5%配制护手霜,稳态流变性呈现的剪切速率最快、黏弹性最高、稳定性较稳定的趋势,动态流变性呈现黏弹性最高;质构测定出护手霜的硬度为250.55±2.37d,弹性为 2614.50±134.68c,黏聚性为300.8±2.0b;感官测试结果中,当 m(二甲基硅油):m(白油):m(羊毛脂)=1:1:1 黄原胶用量为 1.5%配制护手霜的外观与成品相像、铺展性好、吸收速度也较快、粘稠度适中、都比较细腻、抹到手上比较滋润、光滑、清爽;该护手霜与市场上的大宝和百雀羚护手霜相比,各项性能相当。20710

Rheology research of hand cream
Abstract: The proportion of subjects in different oils ,thickeners type and mount of
preparation conditions cream ,fat ratio were investigated ,thickener type and a mount
of hand cream thickener rheological and texture properties effects and study its
organoleptic characteristics.The results show that When result of
m(dimethicone):m(mineral oil):m(lanolin) is 1:1:1 and the content of xanthan gum is
one point five percent was added home made cream measured rheology showed it’s
the best stability, shear rate and absorption rate is the fastest and the Viscoelastic is the
highest.Cream texture measured hardness is 250.55±2.37d,elasticity is
2614.50±134.68c,cohesiveness is 300.8±2.0b.The results of the test of sensory
evaluation show that , When result of m(dimethicone):m(mineral oil):m(lanolin) is
1:1:1 and the content of xanthan gum is one point five percent looks good,its
spreadability and Viscosity is better,and its absorption rate is the fastest , wipe it to the
hands ,you will feel moist ,smooth and fresh, every characteristic of the hand cream is
similar with the Da Bao and Bai Que Ling hand cream on the market.
