不同温度生物炭对重金属离子Cu2+和Cr6+吸附研究

摘要重金属废水是当前的主要水体污染源之一,对环境和人体都有极大的危害,因此,了解和开发有效的重金属废水处理技术是环保行业一直关注的课题。本文通过制备栗壳生物炭对重金属废水进行吸附研究。考察了栗壳炭制备过程中炭化温度和活化剂的选取,研究了炭化温度、栗壳炭投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度对重金属Cr6+和Cu2+的吸附效果。经条件优化实验确定:栗壳炭化时选用活化剂氯化锌质量分数为20%、炭化温度为600℃时吸附效率最佳能够在25℃条件下达到90。58%。由吸附等温线以及吸附量与投加量相关曲线表明,栗壳炭对于Cr6+的吸附是吸热过程,而对于Cu2+的吸附是放热过程。86265

对栗壳炭吸附水中的重金属离子的表观动力学过程采用准一级、准二级动力学方程进行拟合,结果表明:准二级动力学方程可以较好地拟合吸附过程,200℃栗壳炭吸附Cu2+的方程为:t/qt=0。0128t+0。0763,线性相关系数R=0。9984; 600℃栗壳炭吸附Cu2+为:t/qt=0。0105t+0。0508线性相关系数R=0。9979;200℃栗壳炭吸附Cr6+方程:t/qt=0。0147t+0。134,线性相关系数R=0。9931; 600℃吸附Cr6+的过程为:t/qt=0。0103t+0。0573,线性相关系数R=0。9964。

Abstract Heavy metal wastewater is one of the main sources of water pollution, which has great harm to the environment and the human body。 Therefore, it is a subject of concern for environmental protection industry to understand and develop effective heavy metal wastewater treatment technology。 In this paper, the adsorption of heavy metal wastewater by the preparation of chestnut shell was studied in this paper。 The selection of carbonization temperature and activating agent in the preparation of chestnut shell was investigated。 The effects of the carbonization temperature, the dosage of, the adsorption time and the adsorption temperature on the adsorption of heavy metals Cr6+ and Cu2+ were investigated。 The condition optimization experiment was made to determine: chestnut shell made of biological activated carbon treatment of heavy metal ions when the chestnut shell when the selection of activated agent zinc chloride mass fraction of 20%, carbonization temperature of 600 degrees when the adsorption efficiency is the best。 The adsorption isotherm and the adsorption amount and the amount of the adsorption and dosage related curves indicate that the adsorption of Cr6+ by chestnut shell is endothermic, while the adsorption of Cu2+ is exothermic。
